Porsche Informatik is a subsidiary of Porsche Holding Salzburg, the largest and most successful car trading company in Europe. We have been under the umbrella of the Volkswagen-Konzerns since March 2011.
Our strategy is successful, which is why we have grown strongly in recent years.
At the beginning of 2019, we founded “POI France“, a subsidiary of Porsche Informatik in Paris. Here, we manage the support and rollout of our dealer management system CROSS for the French market.
2019 also saw the launch of another Porsche Informatik location in Vienna, which has since grown to over 200 colleagues.
Since May 2020, the Slovenian software developer Dasof d.o.o. based in Ljubljana, has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Porsche Informatik. Dasof has been responsible for the central business application of Porsche Bank AG in the PHS partner countries for decades.
Since May 2020, we have also been contributing our expertise in sales and after-sales to the developments of Volkswagen AG as the “Software Innovation Development Center”.
In March 2021, we opened a new lab at Softwarepark Hagenberg. The most important goal is the cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences Hagenberg – both for the cooperation with IT experts and for the joint implementation of projects. We bring IT talents to us during their studies, enrich them with practical experience and inspire them to consider Porsche Informatik as an employer.
Since July 2021, we have been operating two hubs in Romania, in Iași and Bucharest.
In June 2023, we decided to establish Digilab Italia in Verona. Digilab Italia will take over sales, consulting, implementation and support of our solutions for Italian market.
Commitment: “I honour all agreements that I enter into. If anything changes, I actively inform the other party as soon as possible.”

Appreciation: “We communicate with each other on an equal footing. I treat others and their opinions with respect.”
Exploit opportunities: “I strive for constant innovation – even on a small scale – and use my creative freedom in an entrepreneurial way. We see mistakes as an opportunity to learn from them.”
Competence: “For us, competence is the combination of automotive business expertise, methodological know-how and IT skills. Continuous independent learning is a matter of course for me.”
Porsche Holding has worked to achieve its outstanding reputation during the 60 years of its existence in over 20 European countries, in Asia and in South America. As a company with operations around the globe, to Porsche Holding compliance means that its employees not only abide by current law but also adhere to a set of moral principles that go beyond merely observing the law. These principles have been set down in the company’s own Code of Conduct. Naturally they apply to all levels of the Group and to all countries where Porsche Holding operates.
Porsche Informatik is committed to observing all laws and internal regulations, and to act as a responsible business partner and member of our society. This of course includes our strong commitment to uphold the correct principles and policies.
What is compliance?
Compliance means observing all applicable laws, regulations and internal rules. Compliance defines the legal framework and aims at preventing infringements before they happen.
What is integrity?
Integrity means doing the right thing on the basis of one’s own personal conviction – acting responsibly for the company, business partners and as a member of our society.
This is why integrity and compliant conduct are not only things our company aspires to – we rather consider integrity and compliance to be essential components of our corporate culture.
